The explanation for the name of the Ashram explains itself - where
meditation and discussion on almighty goes on.

The tradition of Shree Ram Vichar Ashram goes back to the beginning of the
creation by Lord Brahma. When Lord Shree Vishnu first imparted Supreme
Spiritual Knowledge to the first four Sankadik Rishis in Swan Incarnation. And
those Sankadik Rishis were later called the first four Udasies. That tradition of
imparting supreme spiritual knowledge from one generation to the next
through the medium of guru disciple descended to this day. In Treta Yuga,
when Queen Kakai demanded too boons from King Dasrath, in the first boon
she demanded thrown for her own son Bharat while in second boon she
demanded 14 years of exile for Lord Shree Ram laying the condition that for
the above period Ram will have to stay in the jungle and lead the life of
specific Udasi.

Yoga.
Provides free help to widows, orphans and other needy people in
making them self-dependent in life.
Provides free Ayurvedic medicines to deserving poor and needy people.
Provides Mantras for spiritual healing to the people having incurable
diseases.
